About us
Two trades, one husband and wife team
MS Floors & Cleaning is run by Marcos De Souza and his wife, Maisa, from southwest Orlando.
Who we are
Marcos on the floors, Maisa on the cleaning
MS Floors & Cleaning (legally Ms Solutions USA Corp) is a husband and wife business based at 4014 Middlebrook Road in Orlando, FL 32811. The company has two sides that work together: flooring installation, led by Marcos De Souza, and residential and commercial cleaning, led by Maisa.
Marcos has 5 years installing floors, and Maisa has 8 years cleaning homes. On the flooring side, Marcos installs hardwood, luxury vinyl plank and laminate, and takes care of the work that decides how long a floor lasts: removing old carpet, preparing and leveling the subfloor, and finishing the room with new baseboards.
On the cleaning side, Maisa runs house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, commercial cleaning and turnovers for Airbnb and vacation rentals.
Having both under one roof means a renovation, a move or a rental turnover can be handled by one company, with one point of contact. The business carries liability insurance that covers both the flooring and the cleaning work.
