A Clean, Move-In Ready Home in Clermont

With new subdivisions still filling in around US Highway 27 and toward the Four Corners area, post-construction cleaning is a regular need in Clermont. Builders leave behind fine dust that settles into every surface, along with grout haze on tile, adhesive residue on glass and smudges on cabinetry and fixtures that a final cleaning is built to handle.

That kind of cleaning runs deeper than a standard tidy-up: it means wiping down every ledge and windowsill, cleaning inside cabinets and appliances, and getting the fine dust out of corners before a new floor or fresh paint gets its first real use. It is the kind of job that pairs naturally with the flooring side of the business when a new floor goes in right before move-in.

Central Florida's humidity and regular summer thunderstorms affect more than the lawn. Moisture tracked in from outside and the general dampness in the air make bathrooms, kitchens and laundry areas prone to mildew and soap scum if they go too long between cleanings in a Clermont home, especially in homes near Lake Minneola and the Clermont Chain of Lakes, where the air stays a little more humid close to the water.

Regular house cleaning and deep cleaning both target those trouble spots, from grout lines in the bathroom to the inside of the refrigerator and oven where moisture and food residue build up fastest. Whether a Clermont home needs a one-time deep clean or a recurring cleaning schedule is something we work out together, based on the home and what the household actually needs.

MS Floors & Cleaning is based in southwest Orlando and sends its cleaning team out to Clermont for house cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning and post-construction cleaning. Maisa leads this side of the business, and the company carries liability insurance that covers the cleaning work.

Because the same company handles flooring and cleaning, a Clermont homeowner replacing old carpet in a community like Kings Ridge or Summit Greens can have the space cleaned right after the new floor goes in, and a family moving into a newly built home near US Highway 27 can line up a post-construction clean before move-in day. One call covers both.
