A finished renovation does not look finished until the dust is gone. Drywall sanding, cutting trim, grinding old flooring loose and even the foot traffic of a crew moving materials through a house leave a fine, pale dust that settles on every horizontal surface and drifts into places a broom never reaches: inside cabinet boxes, on top of door frames, behind appliances, in window tracks. A quick wipe-down does not clear it. It needs to be worked out room by room, surface by surface.
Post-construction cleaning is built around that reality. It is not a lighter version of a regular house cleaning, and it is not the same job as a move-out clean. The work typically moves through stages that track the construction itself: an early pass once the heaviest work (demo, drywall, paint) is done, to knock dust levels down so the space is usable; and a final, detailed clean once trim, fixtures and flooring are in, covering the fine dust and residue that settles last. Which stages apply depends on where the project is in that sequence.
For a home in Greater Orlando where MS Floors & Cleaning also installed the new hardwood, vinyl plank or laminate floor, the cleaning can follow directly behind the flooring crew, on the same job, with the same point of contact. That is the part other cleaning companies in the area cannot offer: one insured team covers the install and the clean that makes the space livable again.
